Design info.:
SERVING CAN’T / CI - It's like "serving c(v)nt"* but for chronic illness peeps. This design is a hand holding up a plate with the word SERVING on top of it. Inside the had is the word “Can’t”; alongside the hand is “Chronic illness - zero stars”. When all you can serve is cannot.

*Note: It’s come to our attention that the origin “serving c(v)nt” of our tongue-n-cheek design is a very niche phrase (for some), but it is similar to the term “serving face” (also apparently niche).
So here is a primer: ”Serving Face" refers to the art of presenting oneself with confidence and style, often associated with drag culture, where performers showcase their unique looks and personas. It emphasizes the importance of facial expression and presentation in making a memorable impression.
Wikipedia: “Serving c[(v)]nt is a …slang term describing behavior that is bold, confident, and assertively feminine. It gained popularity among participants of ball culture, particularly among Black trans women and queer people, who use it to assert feminine superiority. The phrase gained mainstream popularity in the 2010s, experienced surges in the early 2020s, and became a meme in 2023.”
And - still from Wikipedia - our favorite thing we have read recently: “Linguistic research on contemporary online English shows that, rather than operating as a fixed phrase, serving c[(v)]nt also appears alongside related evaluative extensions such as serving c[(v)]ntdom, serving c[(v)]ntness, and serving c[(v)]ntocracy.”
